WSL(即WSL1)这样并不能解决
看了下 https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/WSL/issues/457
发现他们有人能这样解决是因为是 WSL2

至少用管理员打开，我的fedora-remix里还是这样：

$ sudo service docker status

System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down
